**** Cancellation Policy ****

We guaranty the total of refund for those who send their cancellation notice in writing to gabriela.todorow@itunderground.org no later then 14 days in advance. 13 days before the day of the conference the Cancellation will not be honoured. Those who do not cancel in time shall be charged even upon no attendance.

Activation Link will be active in 4 days period only.

Within seven days it is received, Software-Konferencje Ltd. will issue VAT invoice and send it by mail to the applicant. If the document is submitted less than seven days before the day of the conference, the invoice will be delivered to the conference participant during the conference.
