Within seven days it is received, S. W Media ltd. will issue VAT invoice and send it by mail to the applicant. If the document is submitted less than seven days before the day of the conference, the invoice will be delivered to the conference participant during the conference.
Cancellation Policy
We guaranty the total of refund for those who send their cancellation notice in writing to aneta.sadowska@software.com.pl no later then 14 days in advance. 13 days before the day of the conference the Cancellation will not be honoured. Those who do not cancel in time shall be charged even upon no attendance.
Activation Link will be active in 4 days period only.
The data from this registration form will be stored in a database managed by Software Konferencje Ltd., Warsaw, 1 Bokserska st. and may be used by the data administrator for the purpose of this conference and may by supplied to the sponsors. The date will not be passed on to third parties without applicant's permission.
